How can I get more information about sizing?
Sizing information is provided for all wearables. Refer to the size chart provided in the
product description section of each product.
Can I order large quantities using my cost center?
At this time, if you would like to purchase a bulk order and pay outside of using a credit
card, please reach out to propiosupport@grapevinedesigns.com

Which credit cards are accepted?
The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
Your credit card will show a charge from ‘Grapevine Designs, LLC’.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
What is the average shipping time?
All apparel and merchandise options on the site are custom made to order. These made
to order items take a slightly longer time to deliver. Items should be received within four
weeks of ordering. For questions, please contact to

Can I ship to a Post Office Box?
Shipments cannot be delivered to a Post Office Box. Orders will only ship to a valid U.S.
residential address.
How can I track my order and shipping?
An email confirmation will be sent when you place your order. Once the order ships, an
additional email will be sent with tracking information. This information can also be
found in your account profile by signing in and clicking on your name located at the top
of the page.
What if I need a rush order?
If you have a rush order either individual (a few pieces) or bulk (higher quantities), please
contact Customer Service and we will make every effort to have it for you by your
requested date. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can items be returned or exchanged?
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for damaged/defective merchandise or if
you did not receive the correct product ordered.
Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Refunds can only be issued against
the credit card or account balance used on the original order. Any defective item or
incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. Grapevine Designs is
not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Please note: All personalized and custom made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
